Sales Business Development Manager

Job Location: Mumbai / Hybrid
- 5+ years of experience in sales / business development selling recruitment solutions preferably in IT or Finance Industry
- Proven track record of achieve revenue targets, new clients signups
- Experience in negotiating commercial terms, SLA’s and final closing of the same
- Should have market intelligence / network for new MNC’s setups in India, resource mobilizations, offshoring activities
- Assist in optimization of resources, add value to team mobilization to achieve desired revenues
- Fluent English communication skills, proactive attitude, presentable,
- Excellent client relationships, well organized, service oriented mindset
- Basic Computer Proficiency well versed with PPT, Excel, Word, Internet etc.
