• 5+ years of experience in sales / business development selling recruitment solutions preferably in IT or Finance Industry
• Proven track record of achieve revenue targets, new clients signups
• Experience in negotiating commercial terms, SLA’s and final closing of the same
• Should have market intelligence / network for new MNC’s setups in India, resource mobilizations, offshoring activities
• Assist in optimization of resources, add value to team mobilization to achieve desired revenues
• Fluent English communication skills, proactive attitude, presentable,
• Excellent client relationships, well organized, service oriented mindset
• Basic Computer Proficiency well versed with PPT, Excel, Word, Internet etc.
