Position – Global Process Specialist
Experience: 12+ years
Job Location: Mumbai / Pune / Bangalore / Delhi NCR / Hyderabad
Responsibilities:
- Ensure P2P process standardization and governance
- Drive efficiency and compliance through process changes
- Align and enforce procurement policies
- Monitor non-compliance metrics and analyze data
Requirements:
- 12+ years of procurement and P2P experience
- Deep understanding of P2P processes and SAP S4/HANA, Ariba
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving attitude
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related field
- Lean, Six-Sigma, or similar certification preferred
