Requirements
- 7+ years in credit risk management, including 3+ years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience in financial analysis, risk assessment, and credit decision-making.
- Strong understanding of credit management, financial instruments, and contract law.
- Proficient in SAP, GenPlus, Salesforce, and MS Office.
- Experience with Lean and Six Sigma principles, process improvement, and performance management.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
