Proficient in tools such as Miro, Figma, and Smaply for collaborative design, journey mapping, and ideation.

Experienced in designing end-to-end services, from user research and concept development to final UI design.

Hands-on experience testing service ideas and interactive prototypes using Figma, InVision, and Adobe XD to validate usability and user flows.
