Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years in project management or transition management in global environment
- Knowledge of transition methodologies and process re-engineering.
- Proven experience leading teams and managing large complex transitions.
- Familiarity with project management standards (PMP, Prince2, APM).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in managing risks and resolving issues, leading and developing teams.
