Required Attributes but not limited to:
- Proven business development / client relationship track record in recruitment & staffing services across industries
- Develop new clients, signing new contracts, generating leads & growing strategic accounts
- Map / Create opportunities for the ready candidates available with impeccable job needs requirements
- Assisting client in adding value through strategic resource allocations, staffing needs & optimization of resources
- Leading a team of members primary from recruitment / staffing background
- Ensure team is well lead, planned, focused on deliveries
- Proactive approach, minimal supervision, focused on new & repeat businesses
- Assist clients with market information, candidates availability / suitability
- Work collaboratively with teams to match candidates with right jobs available
- Presentable, service oriented, client focused, excellent communication & client relationship skills
- Basic Computer Proficiency well versed with PPT, Excel, Word, Internet etc.
