Job Location: Mumbai/Pune/Bangalore/Delhi/Hyderabad
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in application support in Software environment.
- Experience in any Development programming language like Java/C#.
- Strong analytical and debugging skills with enterprise software, SaaS platforms, or custom web applications.
- Proficiency in writing basic to intermediate SQL queries to inspect data, troubleshoot discrepancies, and generate ad-hoc reports.
- Experience working with IT service management (ITSM) tools such as Jira Service Management, ServiceNow, or Zendesk.
