1.5+ Years of relevant experience in HR strategic role with focus on problem solving & challenges of business / stakeholders
2.Expertise in talent management, manpower planning, T&D implementation, manpower planning & productivity, performance reviews, talent development, new initiatives, hire to retire, employee life cycle management.
3.Prefer exposure towards Labour Management System policies, compliance & audit management
4.Strong initiative skills personality, exceptional communication skills, prefer worked in a global environment.
